La Tierra spans 430 acres in Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula, aiming to create a blueprint for sustainable living — a new approach to building with and for nature. The initiative challenges conventional community development through the principle: "give more than you take."

I designed and facilitated think tanks for the regenerative village's open-source master plan, known as VillageOS — an immersive world filled with art and innovative ideas to tackle some of the world's biggest challenges.

Highlights

  • Designed and facilitated collaborative think tanks engaging global contributors across diverse professional fields
  • Open-source master plan (VillageOS) enabling others to reference and build upon learnings for regenerative communities
  • Deep immersion in sustainable land development, Rights of Nature, and regenerative governance
  • Innovative facilitation using Miro for real-time large-group collaboration across time zones
